About the Job
Metro Appliances & More in Oklahoma City has a full-time position available for a Service Desk Coordinator.
Hours: 
Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
Pay: $20.00 per hr.
 
Duties:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding service needs.
  • Coordinate/schedule service appointments for customers as necessary or direct them to the proper servicer/manufacturer.
  • Properly document any notes regarding scheduled service appointments in customer invoices.
  • Communicate with customers and salespeople in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide repair updates to customers.
  • Return customer phone calls the same day.
  • Handle any warranty-related tasks regarding service.
  • Order necessary parts when needed and check-in parts daily and get them to the correct location.
  • Prepare, log, update, and file service work orders on vendor websites and ServicePower.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service completion.
 
Skills:
  • Ability to stay organized.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Listen to complaints and maintain composure with customers.
 
Requirements:
  • Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Computer knowledge.
  • Data entry.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
